I'VE WON! HOW DO I CLAIM MY PRIZE?
When you win, you will receive an email notification. This will go to the email address that you registered with. If you can't find it, check your spam. If you're still none-the-wiser, contact us and we'll see what the hell is going on!
I'VE HAD MY ACCOUNT BLOCKED OR SUSPENDED. WHY?
We can't answer individual queries about this, but it could be that your username was flagged up as being offensive/inappropriate. This tends to be the reason why we block an account. If you re-register, please bear this in mind.
HOW IS THE CENTRE OF THE BALL DETERMINED?
For Play StB World Cup edition, we have taken the exact centre of the ball from the original image and simply located the centre pixel. Don't think about trying to locate the original image and trying to work out the centre that way as you're playing against the clock, so the longest you have to place your spots is 40 seconds. Nice try!
I COULDN'T COMPLETE MY GAME AS A DODGY INTERNET SIGNAL MEANT I RAN OUT OF TIME. THIS MEANS I NOW CAN'T GO FOR THE MAIN PRIZE. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT?
No! Unfortunately, we can't be held responsible for any weak or intermittent signals. Let's face it, you could be playing on a train and going under a tunnel or something! Just be aware of this when playing. We know it's frustrating
WHEN DOES THE DAILY PLAY StB GAME GO LIVE?
Every day between 7.30 a.m. and 7.30 p.m. (GMT) you'll get access to a new still image from a World Cup game to play which means you can have a go whilst tucking into your cornflakes. The Play StB result will be revealed at 7.45pm (or 8.45pm) to coincide with half-time for the evening matches played in Qatar, during the various stages of the tournament. And whilst you are waiting, you can even get some practice in with dozens of new game plays that are added every day to help sharpen your skills for the daily Prize Play. So, forget all those half-time adverts for Viagra pills - come and have a go at Play StB… if you think you're hard enough!
ARE THE PRIZES LEGITIMATE?
Yes, 100%. All the signed shirts and other memorabilia prizes come with authentication, and in some cases with the photographs of the actual players signing the items. We work directly with the agents who represent the players.
WILL ANY OF MY DETAILS BE MADE PUBLIC?
No, don't worry! Unless you win one of the great prizes, and then we'd like to do some social media stuff with you. But as far as personal details go - we NEVER share or sell details to a third party. Your username will be used on the leaderboard. If you don't want your username to be used, then you have the option to just play our 'FUN PLAY' option.
